Our Return Policy – Your Satisfaction Matters
Overview
At Super Clone Watches, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces, including our premium Rolex Super Clone, Omega Super Clone, and Audemars Piguet Replica collections. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact. We carefully inspect every Swiss Replica watch before shipping, and we expect the same care upon return.
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized watches
- Watches that show signs of wear, resizing, or damage
- Items returned without original packaging or protective films
- Sale items or promotional purchases (final sale)
- Iced Out watches with custom diamond settings
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team before sending any item back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our customer service team.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any watch not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Watches with removed or damaged protective films
- Items missing original box, papers, or accessories
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.
Sale itemsOnly regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance watches, and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes select Iced Out Replica styles and limited edition pieces.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong watch. If you need to exchange your Breitling Super Clone, Tag Heuer Super Clone, or any other timepiece for the same model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For exchanges of defective items, we will cover return shipping costs. For size exchanges or changes of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Quality Assurance & Defects
Before shipping, every watch in our Patek Philippe replica, Richard Mille replica, and Hublot Super Clone collections undergoes rigorous quality inspection. In the unlikely event you receive a defective watch, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details on coverage.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must first obtain an RMA number from our support team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. We will provide you with the return address after your return request is approved.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
